Dreamy Inverted Ponytail

10/30/2017

Happy Monday! I hope you all had an amazing weekend celebrating Halloween! Today on the blog I'm sharing a fun and easy inverted ponytail look with you. I follow a lot of bloggers that are amazinggg at hair, so I'm always trying new things with mine!

Here is what you will need to tackle this look!
-Teasing comb
-Hairspray
-Small clear rubber bands
-Bobby pins
Curl your hair first to add thickness and shape. Once you are done curling your hair, use your teasing comb to tease the crown of your head. Take a small section from the left side of your hair and twist it, pulling it to the back. Hold it in place with a bobby pin.

Below the first twisted section of hair, pull a good chunk of hair to start forming a braid. Once you have braided it almost all the way, secure it with a clear rubber band. Once you have secured it, start pulling at each section in the braid to give it a chunkier look. Then pin it to the side like you did with the twisted hair above it.

Once you have secured your braid, take a small section from the right side of your hair and start twisting, like you did on the left side. Secure it with a bobby pin. I didn't add another braid to the left side, but you can if you like everything even!

Pull your hair back in a low ponytail and secure it with a clear rubber band. Do a small inverted ponytail by creating a small opening at the crown of the ponytail and pulling the hair through the hole.  Like this!

Create two more inverted ponytails below and pull the hair to create a fatter, fuller inverted pony tail. Finish with your favorite hairspray to make sure nothing comes loose.
And there you have it! Comment below with what you want to see next!
