The holiday season is upon us, so let's talk fitness tips before we chow down on our Thanksgiving Day feast. Did you know the average American consumes about 4,500 calories on Thanksgiving Day?! The best way for me to enjoy all the yummy goodies without the guilt, is to have a plan for how I'm going to burn off those extra calories this week.
Grace shared her quick jump rope workout earlier this week, and I'm going to show you some exercises you can do using that frozen turkey - yep, you read that right!
I met up with Kri Chay, owner of Kri Chay's Urban HIIT FITT, to get some exercise ideas that you can do at home.
